- How do I order items?
To order, click on the product picture or blue/purple title (usually right next to the product photos) to automatically go to the product ordering page.
When you are finished shopping, click on the grocery cart at the top right of any page and you may automatically check out by credit card or paypal, or select to provide your credit card information to us over the telephone (we will even call you on our own nickle), or mail checks/money orders to us at:

- How can I pay by credit card?
SIMPLE! After checking out, you will be presented with an option of paying with your credit card, paypal, check, money order, or telephone in your credit card information. Click on the button and away you go to a few quick and easy steps for payment. We only use the most trusted of credit card services and WE pay all credit card processing fees ourselves. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
******Note: International shipments other than Canadian will require prepayment with credit card through paypal.com only or by international money order only, as credit card payments cannot be processed.

- Do you handle custom orders?
YES!! WE LOVE THEM!! All of our artists love new and exciting things! Whether you have your own photographed item to be created or your own fabric design to send in, our artists can put together exactly the perfect gift for you! Feel free to "Contact Us" for a Quote....it usually isn't much more than the standard items (except for some larger statues and woodcarvings).

- How do I send you a photo for custom work?
You can send it to our business address, which is at the bottom of this page, or you can email it to us at info@doggiedoodles.com. All photos sent by regular mail will be returned.

- What are the shipping and handling costs?
Costs within the U.S. are generally calculated based upon item estimated weights and product size. Orders under 2 lbs typically cost $6.50 for s/h within the US.
If you request UPS shipping, there is generally an additional $2 added per shipment. We may substitute priority mailing in this case for certain rural artists.
Your items may ship from different artists, seamstresses, woodcarvers, etc.,...but DoggieDoodles will not charge extra when this is necessary....we cover that extra $$ ourselves. You should never face surprises.
*****International customers: Please note that only the US shipping costs will show when you check out and we will contact you with shipping options and prices prior to processing your order. You may feel free though to contact us for shipping and handling cost options by ground or air for international shipments prior to placing your order...we go anywhere!

- Can I combine items from this webstore AND from eBay auctions I win? How?
YES, you can combine them! Simply add your auction win item description/number to the "Notes" section upon checkout. The shopping cart cannot automatically add the auction amount to your online screen, but you can simply pay the additional amount too. Your note ensures that we will combine ship wherever possible to save you more $$'s!

- How long does it take to receive my order?
That's a huge question. It depends upon the item, and also if you want it custom to photo. "All of our items are custom made, one at a time. We do not have a factory where they are turned out by the hundreds. We strive for quality, not quantity. That's what makes our products special. We do our best to get items out in 3 weeks or less, but occasionally it takes longer. "
Our dog car mats and slippers, for example, ship within 36 hours,.....a standard desk set still requires hand painting and may take 2-3 weeks,...a handcarved cane of your own dog may take months. Please ask beforehand if timing is critical. Also, please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays by the post office or customs. We always ship timely, but we all know that the postal service is not always 100% on time. We wish we COULD control it. You may always request UPS shipment to ensure tracking is available for prompt shipment.

- What is your Return Policy?
We offer timely returns whenever any item does not stand up to its claimed use, function, or quality in any way. We will then offer to replace it, or to accept the item back and refund your purchase price within 15 days. If we made the boo boo, we'll even refund the shipping charges. NO REFUNDS are possible on custom, personalized, make to order, or procured to order items (Please ask before ordering if you are unclear about what your specific items are as almost all of our items are made to order). Returnable items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
**All refunds and replacements will require first obtaining a Return Authorization (RA) number & return address from DoggieDoodles, and we will provide a separate return address at that time. NO RETURNS CAN BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THIS AUTHORIZATION.

- What is your Order Cancellation Policy?
We begin processing your order within hours of placement. ALL noncustom and non-made-to-order orders cancelled after 1 week are subject to a 20% cancellation fee, but we cannot cancel the custom or make/procured-to-order items (almost all of our items) after 24 hours. After shipment is made, a return may be permitted (see "What is your Return Policy" above)

- When am I billed?
Most artists (as well as many mass merchants online nowadays) will process billing before starting on the order. We try to always hold off on billing until we are just about to ship or after we have already shipped. There may be some select times (about 5% or less of the orders or custom made creatons) when we must bill upfront, so simply email us if this is a concern to you and I'm sure we can work out an alternative. We will take care of you.

Almost all of our suppliers work for or donate proceeds to animal rescue organizations. We welcome hearing from you if you are such a candidate to add here. Very soon, all of these organizations will show in our LINKS area for your convenience. The goal is always the same...provide the most thrilling product with the bestest service, while helping to save the lives of the helpless animals.

It is an admirable effort, and we want to support it as much as we can. Please contact us for special pricing for your organization by letting us know the name/contact person/what you do and the items(s) you would want to buy at one time. We will do our utmost to provide you with the best possible pricing.

- Where do you ship?
Anywhere and everywhere--almost! High levels of credit card fraud have caused us to no longer accept orders from Indonesia, Nigeria, and a few other known high risk areas. Any order online from those countries will not go through.
